I have been in the business for about 13 years and have been a Salesman, Finance and Insurance Manager, Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. I have some familiarity with the service as well as parts departments but am obviously most familiar with sales. Before selling cars I worked for a prestigious hotel where I spent 8 years in various positions. I learned, at this hotel, how to take care of customers and how to build long-term customer relationships. This website is first for people who want to buy a car, new or used. There is a discussion board where I will be glad to answer your questions. I can also research cars for potential buyers for a small fee. I can research trades, used cars, new cars, etc. and provide you with information that will help you feel comfortable with the deal you made. I can also offer an explanation if your trade isnt what you think it is. I have lots of insight on the car-buying process and would be glad to share it.
